  • Curious how Biden was not asked about Trump making arab nations normalise relations with Israel.

When Trump asked Joe straight - are you the 'big guy' in Hunter's emails, the look on Joe's face... he is purely guilty and corrupt. It was obvious.

    • Also watched the debate, thought Trump won it. Had Biden on the defensive most of the night from immigration to race relations and then came Biden's Mondale moment. I'm sure you you can appreciate it aek 66, as you mentioned , Biden, for some inexplicit reason, volunteered that he was going to phase out gas and oil, much the same way Mondale admitted he was going to raise taxes 35 years ago in his debate with Reagan. Well, to answer Soprano's comments earlier in this thread of Texas being in play,, after Biden's oil and gas gaffe, you can kiss that state goodbye, personally I didn't think it was in play realistically for Biden to begin with. Biden's main problem with his comments, is that it solidifies Ohio for Trump and puts Pennsylvania on the same trajectory for Trump as well. Looks like Trump's inside straight draw, much like four years ago, might be hitting, where Rasmussen today put Trump up by four in Florida, probably holds on to North Carolina and has Arizona and Michigan in his cross hairs. Who knows, Minnesota, with all their rioting this year, might be in play for Trump as well.

Yup, he normally has that stunned dear in the headlight look, that a lot of people with early onset of dementia have, but that look was something

Trump laid the energy trap and Biden fell right in it..

Biden should have shut up here. Instead his comments will solidify democrat votes in places like California that he is not in danger of losing anyway but will definitely swing a few undecided voters Biden needed in target states.

What is fascinating is that Biden and the media have built up a solid image of unity against the non-political class Trump. This image is another us (the educated liberal class) vs Trump - an image that was evident with Hillary vs Trump. The democrats and media are now at the point of - 'So what if Biden did take a cut of Hunter's pay for play contributions.Who cares? Trump is bad bla bla bla.'

, kid in the video summed up the state of social media perfectly. If it wasn't so worrisome and dangerous going forward, in terms of a certain class of people, putting their foot on the scales of what is APPROPRIATE information to decipher to the mere peons out there, it be spoofed and ridiculed. But alas, sadly it is here and if govt doesn't break up the monopoly of the tech giants, it'll be like living in communist China, with the maoists controlling the narrative

                BOOOOOM!

The FBI has asked Hunter Biden business associate Tony Bobulinski to sit for an interview Friday after he said he was turning over three cell phones with business information to the bureau.

                • Tantalizing, that interview, and especially those cell phones. , wonder if Mr. Bobulinski has a propensity, like a certain ex FIXER of Trump's, to record phone conversations he's had. Can Hunter be in those conversations or even better, the BIG GUY ??? Don't expect director Wray of the FBI to play it straight though, reportedly has had the laptop for the better the part of the year without a peep. A swamp creature he is if there ever was one. Interesting few day coming up V .

                  • The FBI must be under some pressure to do this and there could be many possibilities seeing as Wray is a democrat sleeper.

1/ Maybe FBI are starting to believe Trump can win the election and they fear recriminations for not lifting a finger.
2/ Pressure on Wray and he is buckling for some unknown reason.
3/ FBI is genuinely interested in these phones.

Either way, a big shift from the usual FBI: 'no comment.'

Watched the debate last night and it was pretty interesting. How did you like Trump's explanation on tariffs? It's probably the 10th time I've heard him incorrectly explain how tariffs work. Lest we forget the billions in taxpayer money his admin needed to bail out the farming industry due to his trade war.

It is clear that Biden has a much deeper grasp of major policy positions (energy, foreign relations, healthcare, the pandemic) etc.

What's wrong with saying oil will need to be phased out some day?
                      1. It's literally true in that oil is a finite resource
                      2. There are more environmentally friendly/more efficient methods for our energy needs
                      3. Transitioning to solar and wind will create economic opportunities for people in the Midwest to the tune of new jobs
                      4. People in Pennsylvania and Texas already realize this
                      - Fracking is a pretty contentious issue in Pennsylvania (https://stateimpact.npr.org/pennsylv...-ban-fracking/)
                      - Texas is investing big in solar and wind (https://www.forbes.com/sites/joshuar.../#78afc2696a9a

No, oil and gas is the most efficient. Green energy is a disaster!!! The objective of our species is to escape earth....its not to hang around with inefficient way of life in poverty, waiting for a meteor to hit earth and wipe us out....or fighting for survival for food. The radical left needs to be stopped!!!

traditionally, the 3rd presidential debate was top-heavy foreign affairs. different times call for different measures, i imagine.

we just saw the scandal with the c-span host who was to moderate the cancelled 2nd debate. worked for biden as an intern. the man said that his twitter got hacked...the man later admitted he lied. c-span suspended him and he was to be an 'impartial' moderator for the 2nd debate. right.

as far as foreign affairs - last night, the moderator said nothing about trump's recent mideast peace deals (winner for trump), only bringing up n. korea (50-50 fight).

immigration was brought up, but question loaded to be anti-trump. trump made chicken salad out of chicken shit by stating that obama-biden built the 'cages'. the fact that a few hundred children got separated from their parents being caught sneaking into the usa, is not the burning immigration question(s) on voters' minds.

a true moderator would have asked trump will the usa be losing foreign talent with less h1-b visas and then asked biden if the democrats encourage more illegals to come, will that hurt the jobs and wages of blue-collar workers.

that is the usa of the 70s and 80s...the new usa is a different concept. i've never seen so many people (my age) galvanized to vote because they don't believe in the path the democrats have decided to take.

in my opinion - the establishment is vehemently anti-trump and anti-sanders.

the establishment is pro-biden, due to trump cracking the whip on china, rearranging trade deals and attempting to secure the border. biden would never do those things in a million years.

when biden said what he said last night, i'm sure the establishment believed biden was playing towards the radical left of his party. hopefully, it played very negatively in some swing states.

At this point we're very primitive when it comes to finding solutions other than oil and gas. First, all Green energy solutions use up the same, or more resources.
2nd, nations that have spent billions on green energy example German, are finding out that its a poor energy source, and depending on how windy or sunny it is determines the energy stored. We can see German starting to take down solar panels and stop windmill projects.
3rd, oil and gas companies have spent billions on green energy research and have the best strategies for there use....example Enbridge and Suncor massive Canadian energy companies, one is a producer the other transporters....know that if implemented the nation would go bankrupt. Nobody is saying lets abandon the earth and find another planet....however we must face the facts that to date we're private, and don't have solutions that solve the environment crisis. In my opinion battery power is the worst solution for the environment....imagine a world run on battery power, the resources we use to manufacture these batteries, and how do we dispose of them?
The solution is NUCLEAR POWER WE KNOW THIS!!! We have known this for decades however the RADICAL LEFTISTS prevent futher development. Lets all real on what green energy is.
The only way it works is if we use less resources not more to achieve green energies goals....that means less cars, less traveling, less free will, less product manufacturing....all this would put millions out of work and become a welfare state, turning great nations into social dependence.
