This is the dude donis wanted since he coached him at apoel and believes he can help. I read that city we're going to sign him back in the day but realised his physical attributes are better suited to a league like ours as opposed to the EPL. Let's see what he can do.

I think we're making smart transfers and staying within our budget.

              Better not lose Macheda.

Historically, the french haven't panned out for us.

Looks like we closed this player. Anyone know anything about him? He sounds promising.

Never heard of him. I like that he's scandanavian. Still pretty young. Once valued at 2m. Two serious injuries listed here, one being a torn meniscus.

Injury plagued dudes and talents that have lost their way. In other words, dudes financially stable teams won't touch. Berg though was both and he panned out. Moledo as well. The only reason we got him is because he had a serious knee injury. Assuming they can get healthy and they're as good as the scout report once upon a time suggested, these type of signings can turn into coups as these players want to prove themselves unlike former big name has beens.
Pao though has somewhat become a rehab centre for these guys and i'm sure dabizas communicates this to them.

Trying to offload ikonomou and mounier. That's two contracts we can do without. If mollo doesn't pan out, not to mention we are looking to add more experience, these bad contracts may start adding up again. The idea was/is to keep the same core, with the addition of a few quality foreigners. Problem is, for every berg out there, there are countless sapakia.

                          Emmanouilidis loaned to panionios

                          http://www.gazzetta.gr/football/supe...-ton-eayto-toy

Just like the other big sides, eventually we to will go back to having lineups consisting of only 3-4 greeks tops. It’s going to get especially hard for the kids coming through. They’re going to have to be really good just to earn some playing time.

I think PAO would finish in roughly the same position with greek youth + Macheda as it would with cheap foreigners supplemented with Greek youth. Only difference would be PAO would prob make more money on the purely Greek youth set up through subsequent sales.

Bad contracts starting to pile up

                              http://www.gazzetta.gr/football/supe...-panathinaikos

prob better having loans (with option to buy) + kids

to make matters worse, a lot of the guys that came in this window signed 3 year deals

I think with the inclusion of Kolovos the results will come in. He is an impact player. He seems more hungry than ever and you can see it in his game play. Very good signing in my opinion.

Does anyone know what’s happening with Chatzigiovannis?
