I was reading that the football stadium needs to stay within 28k to 33k....in order to avoid legal obstacles that can arise if capacity is over that range. The leftist will be licking their chops to cause problems.

Yes, this is a proposed amended plan championed by SDNA, Prasini (owned by Dimitri) and other small stadium aficionados who are pushing for a smaller stadium. It does not have official state approval unlike the 42k stadium plan which does. Dimitri was basically trying to reduce the main stadium capacity and shoehorn in a small basketball stadium (far smaller than PAO's OAKA venue) whilst still keeping the original permissions..

He's doing a pretty good job....however outside Olympiakos this is a very weak league. Lets see how he does against European competition.
