They're exploiting a fault line in America to manufacture a crisis. This is exactly what the media tried doing in the death of Ahmaud Arbery, but it took the death of George Floyd to push people over the edge. That's why people are behaving irrationally. The media has stirred them into a frenzy. The media is well aware of this and they cheer-led this madness in full knowledge.

People forget that there are other and more meaningful approaches to meet their demands for change. You don't need mobs of people crowding and destroying statues, for example. You can go to your elected representative and get involved politically to seek their removal through the courts. That's the proper way.

Today it's Confederate statues and flags, but what's to stop the American flag and founders from being targeted next? Weren't they too slave owners of blacks? Wasn't America founded with the acceptance of black slavery? If Derek Chauvin and his fellow police officers are oppressive towards coloured bodies, then what of George Washington. Will they name the country's capital and the state of Washington after someone else?

And why stop there? Obama supported jihadists in Syria and Libya. Even he himself admits these wars troubled him the most in his presidency:

I have not read all the posts yet but I just want to say, I am totally disgusted in what the world and the left have fallen into about this BLM malakies.

I've had spats on Facebook (with AEK Chicago if anyone remembers him) and some other out of the wood work lefties and have now removed people from facebook and instagram due to their stupid messages.

Yesterday, 4 teenagers attacked a cop who was called to a McDonalds to break up a fight, I found the footage really disturbing to watch and what the young generation is getting drilled into their heads from the mainstream media is very dangerous now.

I hope all the protesters are arrested tbh, world has gone mad, what happened was wrong ok, but this is way way overboard now, and attacking statues... ridiculous

I know your sentiment my friend and all this, the looting, the rioting, etc. didn't happen by chance, it has been fueled and nurtured for decades by elites, especially in academia. And next time you debate your friend from Chicago, give him a couple of stats that the media aren't telling you. One, according to FBI stats 2018, there were about 3000 african americans who were murdered in the US, and about 2,600 of the murderers were, DRUM ROLE PLEASE, AFRICAN AMERICAN. The last stat I'll give you is Chicago's year to date shootings of african americans, 1250 shot with 230 dead. and most if not all were black on black. When was the last time your friend from chicago was protesting this sort of violence on the west side, Mr. Woke greek guy from chicago . Kind of puts a perspective on the so-called SYSTEMIC RACISM narrative that's pushed by the media, doesn't it ???
