    Greece’s economy will contract by an estimated 8.2% this year due to the effects of the coronavirus pandemic before picking up next year, the government said Monday as it submitted its 2021 draft budget to parliament.

        greece has been selling treasuries at 0% rates. it's last bond sale was oversold at a low interest rate.

        the corner is right there to turn, if they go in that direction. the govt. can raise capital - what it does with it....?

        obviously, turkey grows more menacing and much of that money will go to the military.

            greece should have been making deals like these for decades
