Well I would have gone with Michel or someone like that, but I will give him a chance.

Let the lobbying begin.. Koulouris - 700 NT minutes, over 17 games, no goals 1 assist. He looked terrible for the NT.

He is doing well at Atromitos and the Greek journalists are starting to pine for him. Who knows, maybe another chance is warranted seeing as we have no reliable striker.
Ο Ευθύμης Κουλούρης και ο Ατρόμητος συμφώνησαν για την επιστροφή του στην Super League 1, με σκοπό να βοηθηθούν και οι δύο.

Lol, kouloutris, didn't he bomb out for some club in France years ago. Striker is not an immediate concern for the nt, compared to other positions.

There’s no way I put him ahead of Pavlidis, Giakoumakis, Douvikas and Fountas. We don’t need Koulouris. He’s not the player he used to be anyways.

        Interesting article.

Says that he’s seen the players that have played for JVS the past 12-14 months and he want to put his own touch on player selections.

Something tells me this guy will not last long for some reason. I can see him having an argument with the federation and he’ll leave in 6 months.

When was the last time Poyet lasted over 6 months at any club?

On Negative Central what do you expect

Poyet was at Bordeaux for 8 months, not a great barometer as his average tenure is 7 months since his AEK gig

Yeah well if that’s the case this wasn’t a good choice by EPO/Konstantinidis etc. We need someone more stable, who doesn’t give a crap about politics and does what he thinks is best for the team, how hard can it be…

What I’m hoping for is that Poyet can see past or the politics and actually be successful with Greece by making his own decisions.

Poyet uses excuse number #1: “can't perform magic and change this team overnight.”

                https://www.fosonline.gr/podosfairo/...mera-stin-alli

So, we still have many straw men and excuses to come, favourites such as:

                1/ Greece is not Brazil.
2/ lichtenstein/malta/estonia (fill in blank) etc are an excellent team.
3/ Injuries destroyed my plans so I had to adapt.
4/ Bakasetas/Stafylidis/Tzavellas (fill in blank) are natural leaders.
5/ We were pushed hard second half.
6/ We lost but at least we are a team.

He’s most likely another puppet who’s been told what to do. Might as well get the termination papers ready…
