Not a record you want but it is what it is, the group was hard enough and with such a young inexperienced squad this is what you get. Let’s hope the players are better for it in the future, but we need better quality, one or two players would’ve made such a difference to this team, shame management didn’t see it that way.

Besides this record I’m glad we didn’t get embarrassed results wise in matches.

Lets hope we finish the league on a strong note, maybe even take out the kypello if we are lucky.

Sorry I haven't been posting much lately, lads. I've just been so disillusioned with the state of our team and the penny-pinching along with the shitty transfer policy. I didn't see the point of pushing so hard for the Protathlima last year if we weren't going to bother fucking building a proper team.

It's such a bringdown from the high of last season that I never had faith we'd keep up with the pack. That being said, I doubt that either Vidi or Celtic, teams we beat to get into the CL, would have fared much better. We knew going in we would be outclassed, but Rome was not built in a day. Europa League is where the SL belongs at this moment in time.

When the new stadium is built, hopefully security screens out the arseholes and we stop getting hamstrung by retards in masks causing shit, and by poor management.

The results are not as they seem.

Besides the 1st game in Amsterdam we did relatively well in the rest.

Should have beaten Benfica at home. Should have taken the lead vs Bayern in Munich with that Lambro header that just went wide from the corner in the first half, that stupid foul by Cosic cost us so who knows how that game could have ended up had we taken the lead and Cosic didn't foul Lewandowski.

With Ajax at home we were doing well until Livaja gave away the penalty and got sent off....could have held on for a point there as Ajax didn't threaten that much until then.

And then again last night we were holding on well for the point until Galanopoulos' mistake.

3 mistakes cost us (4 if you count Klonaridis not passing to Giakoumakis vs Benfica at home to give us the lead and complete the comeback)

On paper it looks like we had a terrible run and deserved to lose all 6 games which is what the history books will show unfortunately, but in reality we deserved more.

We held our own and made it hard for our opponents, just missed that extra bit of class, luck, and common sense from the PAE.

        Proxorame...

The only thing that surprised me was that Bayern didn't hit AEK for a record breaking loss. Still the 6 losses anyone could have seen coming. I think it's a miracle AEK even registered two goals.

This is why I said an extra player or 2 would’ve made such a difference to the team in CL. Even having livagia for those extra 4 games would’ve helped us.

Im sure everyone thought we would 4-6 against Bayern but we walked away with our heads held high and the boys gave it their all, inexperience and mistakes is what cost us the most. That Klona chance va Benfica still haunts me.

the issue moving forward is will meli be prepared to find players to replace what's missing..

blind Freddy could see that AEK without Lazaros,Vranjes, Simoes, Johanssen, Arajuo, Livajia, Kone is not even half the team it was last year...add Bakasetas who I don't rate....and we see the situation was doomed...

I don;t see enough in the rest of the squad..nor Ponce, Alef, Boye (not to mention the complicated matrix of their loan deals)....

Shame we ended with zero points, we could have pinched a few points but that's the way it goes. We really struggled to create chances in some games let alone goals. Hope we make some decent signs in January. We need need to start using Gianniotas more, for the GSL he will be a great player to have. Albanis will be come good too now that he is over his injury.

Gianniotas cause Benfica more headaches thank what we did in 2/3 games combined... I just don’t get why we are not utilizing him when we struggle to create chances

Ouzo doesnt rate him because Ouzo is a cheap option coach.

Don’t expect massive things to happen, yes players will come but they’ll be loanees or free agents. I don’t see Meli spending until the stadium is finished.

We lost a lot of talent but when people blame Meli it shows they have no Idea:

Johanssen - made it clear he wanted to leave
Vranjes - again wanted to leave
Lazaros - done a dirty on us
Araujo - Meli was never paying what they’re asking as even I will say he’s not worth that amount.

These weren’t the fault of Meli.

Kone is really the only player we lost that management could’ve made a better effort for and it’s cost us this season.
