3-0 defeat to the hands of PAOK. PAOK was clearly the better team from the get go. In this big match we clearly seen PAOs weakness at the back end. Don’t know if it’s personal or coaching. As I stated after the AEK derby this team is good but not championship calibre at this point. We can only hope that the coaches can turn the tide at some point before the playoffs.

PAO looks to be getting back to form with 2 straight victories over ARIS and VOLOS. We sit with a 4 point advantage, however AEK has a game in hand. Big derby next Saturday against OLY a win would be huge heading into the playoffs. At this point the season is finishing as expected, I predicted when PAO had a 10 point lead that the league would end with a 3 point differential from first to second and its looking that way. That said OLY is still in it, And have 2 games of their remaining schedule 1 against PAO and AEK. If they win outright we could have 3 teams separated by 2 points setting up a wild finish heading into the playoffs. Also lets not forget PAOK they finish with a easy 3 games on their schedule, and could potentially end up 3 points out. All that said, The championship is up for grabs and will be decided in the playoffs for the first time….the league needs this every year.

Derby match day with OLY. PAO needs a result today to secure a first or second spot finish with AEK.

OLY is claiming foul and fixed championship??? The goal OLY scored was 120 percent offside its not even debatable. Arabi is in offside position, the ball is played into the box and he interferes with the PAO player resulting in a clear ball to a open OLY player resulting in a goal. Arabi collided with the PAO defender in offside position how is that note offside???

They were the better team in the derby but failed to score on opportunities. To complain on a sure interference offence is ridiculous. That said even if they catch PAO, I don’t believe OLY can overtake AEK they have been the better consistent side all year. The playoffs will decide the championship if I had to bet AEK would be my choice.

If AEK could get better derby results away from home for sure but we always fail away

Comfortable 2 nil win over Panatolikos. Hit 3 goal posts and had numerous chances that we missed…still having trouble finishing has cost PAO easy 5 points in the second half of the season.

Big win in the final match against Atromitos for PAO 2-0 win away. AEK lost 3-1 to OLY losing their first match at home. PAO finished first 2 points ahead of AEK and 5 points ahead of OLY, and PAOK 7 points behind. Now we head into the playoffs and its very tight at the top….its most likely between the top 3 for the championship.

Start of the playoffs today against AEK away. I’m hoping we show up today not like the last game there. Play strong fundamental football and we should be OK.

Game ended in a scoreless draw. Both teams missed great scoring chances….in the end the draw was a fair result for both sides.

Massive win for PAO in the derby against OLY, 2 nil at Leoforos. Its a 2 horse race to the finish with AEK.
