Overall - We had more possession, more chances. Missed two golden chances in the second half, one should have gone in for sure. We did get caught out a few times on counters. The thing we were missing was someone in the middle to organize our attack. Our right side also didn't attack as much. Mavropanos had a terrible game.

I thought we played good in some parts of the game. Our biggest problem is our midfield. Zeca and Siopis can’t provide any rhythm in attack. They just don’t have the quality. There passing isn’t up to standards. At least Bouchalakis can execute different types of passes but he is no where near the answer. People have to give some slack to Mavropanos. He is by far our best defender in my opinion and can get forward with the ball well. He didn’t have the best match but he’ll bounce back from this, I’m sure.

I wanted him to play Alexandropoulos and Retsos. What’s the point in calling them if they don’t play. Both can add something different to the team, whether it’s on the ball or not. Vrousai didn’t play well but I wouldn’t give up on him. There’s something there with him I believe. I liked how we pressed and wanted to win, even in a friendly. But JVS has to understand that Bakasetas isn’t the answer even though he assisted. He isn’t going to carry Greece into the World Cup after 8 years without being in a tournament.

I thought it was funny how the commentator said Bakasetas is trying to get his players on his level or something along those lines. I just think JVS has to fix a few pieces here and there and we’ll look like a decent team.

I thought Pavlidis was our best player too. Was very involved. Nothing like Mitroglou. I remember at one stage Mantalos must’ve thought he was Messi running towards there defence trying to take on 3 players haha.

Mavropanos has had many great games, just that this one, he played poorly. Retsos didn't even make the bench. I do think Papadopoulos should start each match, he is a different animal. We need his intensity.
